I have a huge cavity and no dental insurance. I've never had dental insurance. FML.
Should I ever become wealthy, I'm having the whole lot yanked out and replaced with titanium studs that can bite through a car door. See if I don't.

Yeeep. I'm glad I've never had a cavity, but my major dental issue is impacted wisdom teeth. And I have no dental insurance either, so my wisdom teeth better stay put until I do.
